Citrus bitters from Bittermens — America's first contemporary bitters company, founded in 2007 by Avery and Janet Glasser, which quickly rose to the forefront of the modern modifier movement and is today part of the Sazerac family. Boston Bittahs is the house's ode to its founding city: "a peculiar combination of citrus and chamomile — we think it smells like summer."
