85% Corvina, 10% Rondinella and 5% Oseleta are vinified, and then selected batches of the Valpolicella wine are "re-passed" over Amarone’s lees, thus starting a second fermentation.. It is full-bodied, harmonic and velvety on the palate. Great with grilled meats or hearty stew.

This is surprisingly juicy and energetic within, blending sour cherry with notes of sage and black olive over a core of brisk acidity.
