FIO KETTERN + DD NIEPOORT "PIU PIU" PET NAT PETILLANT SPARKLING NATURAL WINE

This sparkling pet nat comes from the Riesling grape, with a lovely, fine fizz. Part barrel-aged, but all recognizable as Riesling. All grapes are from Grand Cru vines. This experimental wine is truly ‘natural’, with no added sulphites and of course unfiltered. A blend from four-to-five-year-old wines. Aromas of stone fruits with hints of minerality lead to a fine palate of citrus fruits and yeast.
