One of our favorite honeys, this is from beekeeping groups located in the southern agricultural growth corridor of Tanzania. Beekeepers use mixed hive technologies including log, grass, top bar, and Langstoth to deliver capped comb for extraction. There is influence of eucalyptus, pine, and wildflower nectar in the honey which is slightly smokey and gives the honey notes of caramel, toffee, pecan.
