Expansive & juicy up front, framed by soft, large-gained tannins providing gentle grip on the palate; sun-kissed spiced fruits and a gently drying finish will make this a star at the dinner table. For this bottling, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and ages for 12-15 months in oak cask.
