The 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet is one of our most popular red wines. A varietal composition which combines all five “Bordeaux Varietals” imparts a robust aroma profile of blackberry, cassis, raspberry and black pepper on the nose, with tobacco, toffee and cedar notes in the bouquet. The dark fruit flavors of plum, black cherry and currant combine with soft and round tannins enveloping the palate in sweet supple textures and bright fruit flavors. This wine consists of: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot.
