From St. George Spirits, pioneers of craft fruit brandy distilling since 1982. Distilled from ripe Bartlett pears in copper pot stills to capture the pure, intense essence of fresh pear. Crystal clear and aromatic with a delicate, floral nose of ripe pear blossoms. Smooth and elegant on the palate with vibrant pear flavor and a clean, dry finish. An unaged eau-de-vie that showcases the distillery's heritage as fruit brandy artisans.
