We dedicate our Yehmon to all the souls who braved the oceans on their swaying caravels with the strength they had left, after a struggle against this alienated and unscrupulous world that tried to rob them of their nature and courage. Classic is a mix of Trinidad 2006 and Mauritius 2014 and 2015, proud and fearless.
Tasting Notes,
A rum with a sophisticated and elegant nose, full of peaks of balsamic plants, aromas of citrus fruits and oriental dishes, dried fruits, hazelnut, tobacco, liquorice. Extremely persistent, leaving no room for interpretation. On the palate, it is immediately penetrating and austere. We discover almonds, yeast, a hint of biscuits and powdered milk. Impossible to ignore.
