WINERY NOTES: This rosé Champagne is clearly marked by the flavors of Pinot Noir and unfolds with finesse, boasting a firm and fresh structure. The blend is based on 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, including 5% Bouzy Rouge, and comes mainly from the 2020 harvest. Aged in barrels for 10 months, this wine benefited from 3 years of aging on lees before disgorgement. Dosage: 2 gr/l."
