WINERY NOTES: "Les Parcelles is the precise expression of the Bouzy terroir vinified by the Paillard brothers; a balance between the power of the Pinot Noirs exposed to the south of the Montagne de Reims and the finesse of the chalky subsoils. Made mainly from the 2021 harvest with 20% reserve wines, this cuvée is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Aged in barrels for 10 months, this wine benefited from 3 years of aging on the lees before disgorgement." Dosage: 2 gr/l.
DECANTER 93 POINTS - "...deep, baked apricot fruitiness of the year, along with dried pear, Seville orange and ripe grapefruit, is tethered with gentle acidity and the complexity of brown pastry, savoury spice and white pepper helped by oak fermentation and reserve wines.
