Coming from Peju's sustainably-farmed Persehone and Tess Vineyards, this Sauvignon Blanc is bright, lively and fresh with a pop of citrus flavors and hints of tropical fruit. Aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and lychee burst out of the glass. Notes of lemon curd, green apple and apricot linger on the palate with a fresh, clean finish and bracing minerality.
