Autin Eli Brut is a classic method obtained from Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (40%) grapes and a small percentage of native grapes and which remains on the lees for at least 36 months in the talc mines of Val Germanasca.
The nose offers notes of bread crust and honey, accompanied by fruity hints. On the palate it is fine, with good acidity and softened by a slight residual sugar.
