Founded in 1879 by C.M. Dedman on the banks of the Kentucky River, Kentucky Owl, The Wise Man's Bourbon, has a long and storied history that was interrupted by Prohibition. Each Bourbon is made from some of the finest bourbon in Kentucky and bottled at barrel proof, uncut and unfiltered. Each new batch is an original with its own unique taste profile, and carefully crafted and blended to become a cult sensation.
Nose:Aromas of orchard fruits, maple candy and charred oak.
Palate: The palate is toasty and warm with layers of sweet caramel, toffee, vanilla and nuances of floral fruity notes.
Finish: A long and lingering finish of sweetness with hints of cayenne pepper and cinnamon spice and a full-bodied, round mouthfeel.
