Mainly French Colombard with Chennin Blanc and Chardonnay as well, this wine is so crisp and vibrant, a little surprising that it comes from Paso. Lively notes of green apple and green pear greet the palate and create a crisp profile. A salinity coats the mouth and leads to pops of minerality throughout the drinking experience. Hints of nectarine round out the finish to go along with the salinity.
