Brut Eclat is composed of 30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Meunier , and 10% Pinot Noir. This edition is based on the 2015 Harvest and is made without Malolactic fermentation to maintain flavor freshness and crispness. The 2015 base was blended with 30% reserve wine drawn from a Solera that was strated back in 1972. It was bottles in July 2016 and aged on the yeast until disgorging in April 2021 with a dosage of 8 grams per liter. A well balanced champagne, its roundness will adapt to every occasions.
