The single cask collection consists of
natural rums from Trinidad, Fiji, Jamaica,
St. Lucia, Barbados, Guadeloupe and
Guyana with many more distilleries to
follow.
These rums are bottled at cask strength
with no artificial colouring or flavouring
added. Each single cask rum has been
carefully selected by the Duncan Taylor
tasting panel to ensure a classic, bold
flavourable rum.
Nose – Peppery, brown sugar, oak wood, maritime and toffee
Palate – Exotic fruits of papaya and pineapple, drying, caramel richness
Finish – Grassy and herbal with a hint of earthy oak
