From Clear Creek Distillery of Oregon — founded in 1985 by Steve McCarthy in the Mount Hood foothills, and one of the first craft distilleries in the United States. Made from 100% Golden Delicious apples grown in the Pacific Northwest, crushed and fermented as whole fruit in old-world eau de vie tradition, then aged 2 years in French oak barrels. Roughly 20 pounds of apples go into every bottle.
Palate: Soft notes of vanilla taffy and candied apple with warm spice and subtle sweetness.
ABV: 40% (80 Proof)
