Cuvée No. 1 is made mostly from organically farmed Merseguera. The vines sit at 2700 feet in elevation in Spain’s Valencia region. The blend is rounded off with Malvasia, and that makes for a white with complex aromas such as citrus blossom, peaches, orchard and tropical fruits. On the palate, it’s buoyed by lively acidity and maritime minerality, making it a great partner for halibut.
