JEB DUNNUCK 97-99 POINTS - "From a site in Paso Robles that's generating some seriously good wines these days, the 2019 Syrah G2 Vineyard checks in as 88% Syrah and 12% Mourvedre. Exotic notes of blackberries, iron, white pepper, and flowers all emerge on the nose, and this beauty is full-bodied and locked and loaded on the palate, with beautiful purity and precision."

ROBERT PARKER'S WINE ADVOCATE 94-96 POINTS - "Deep purple-black colored, the nose bursts with notions of boysenberry preserves, dark chocolate-covered cherries, blueberry compote and sassafras, with hints of Sichuan pepper and charcoal. The full-bodied palate is laden with densely packed black and blue fruit preserves, framed by soft tannins and just enough freshness, finishing with great length. Around 200 cases and a few magnums will be made."
