Zucca, an Italian herbal liqueur, is an Amaro, which is the Italian word for bitter. Zucca is made from the root of genuine Chinese Rhubarb which grows only in the mountainous regions of the Kansu Province. A rhizome in traditional Chinese culture for more than 4,500 years. Inspired by Ettore Zucca's historical recipe, Rabarbaro Zucca is prepared with authentic Chinese Rhubarb root, infused with rare, natural, secret herbs. Zucca is closely related to other traditional Italian aperitifs (such as Campari, Punt e Mes and Cynar) as it is relatively light, with a 30% volume in alcohol.
