We've enjoyed the Yellowstone bourbons since first reintroduced to the public (along with their Minor Case Rye whiskey-- so good!) in 2015. We've also had the chance to pour Yellowstone at numerous charity events and golf tournaments and they've been received with open arms (and mouths!). Don't let the 115 proof designation scare you-- this is a balanced Bourbon that is quite sippable neat. The nose emits notes of honey graham, vanilla, plantain, brown sugar and sassafras. Sweet and spicy! Tasting reveals what the nose hinted at: sweet spices, honeyed stone fruits, wood notes, creme brulee. Bourbons like this one are why people love Bourbon.
