Our Colorado Gin starts with a potato base, then is redistilled with Rocky Mountain juniper and a thoughtful blend of fresh citrus, lemongrass, and warming spice. Distilled entirely in Basalt, it drinks medium-bodied with notes of lemon zest, mint, pine needle, cardamom, and verbena.
Botanicals: Fresh lemon and orange peels, whole limes, lemongrass, juniper, coriander, cinnamon, angelica, hibiscus, grains of paradise, lavender, cranberries, and rose hips.
