Made from 100% wheat-based neutral spirit, it undergoes a 16-18 hour cold steep with a vibrant blend of botanicals, including wild mountain purple heather, bitter orange peel, juniper, whole limes, angelica, orris root, licorice root, chamomile flowers, coriander leaf, red grapefruit, and sweet orange. Distilled in a single copper pot still with a precise 20% cut of heads and tails, this non-chill filtered gin retains essential oils for a rich, aromatic profile. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it embodies an irreverent yet elegant character.
