A special edition ceramic decanter from Wild Turkey containing their signature 8 year old bourbon at 101 proof. This 1976 bottling features a ceramic Turkey and celebrates the bicentenary of the USA's founding in 1776. Wild Turkey followed the trend set by bigger brands like Jim Beam in the 1970's and began filling unique ceramic decanters with their bourbon to help bolster sales to non whisky but collector focused demographics. The first line of Turkey decanters were released in 1971 and the final editions were filled in 1989.
