the vines are located in the village of Puligny Montrachet, in the south of the Côte de Beaune. The “Les Pucelles” climate is one of the most prestigious 1er Crus in Puligny. Located in the northern part of the village near Bienvenues Bâtard Montrachet. Soil: clay-limestone with lots of gravel. The slope is slight. Pruning is carried out in Guyot with various green works (disbudding, trellising, topping).
