Wafting from the glass with notes of sweet raspberries and plums mingled with rose petal, potpourri, exotic spices, bergamot and wet stones, it's medium to full-bodied, supple and seamless, with an unctuous core of fruit and a suave, ethereal, melting profile, concluding with a long, saline finish. This is one of the most sensual, refined wines Bouley has produced to date."
