The founding plot of the estate, the Clos de la Hutte is the historic heart of Thibaud Boudignon's work in Savennières. This 2-hectare vineyard rests on mainly schist soils which gives the wine structure, finesse of texture and assertive mineral expression.
The wine is distinguished by a precise aromatic expression, mixing ripe white and yellow fruits, delicate floral notes and citrus accents. A Savennières that will require 4 to 5 years of waiting before tasting it, in order to reveal all its power.
