Words from the owner. - We're family owned. We are two couples and four mates with a shared belief in making wines that honour the land. We are hands-on in the vineyards and are passionate about sustainable viticulture practice and small-batch production.
Tasting Notes:
Bright aromas of citrus, red apple and juicy pear. On the palate flavours of fresh quince and crisp golden apple blend seamlessly with hints of spice. The bouquet is followed by a rich mouth-filling texture enhanced by an appetising acidity, dry with a mineral finish.
Machine picked and destemmed in the vineyard, gently pressed in the winery, 15% barrel fermented in old French oak barriques, 85% Stainless steel tank,100% lees aged 5 months.
