SOMBRA MEZCAL OAXACA 750 Sombra Mezcal (Agave de Oaxaca!) is made fromEspadin Agave, harvested from the Sierras of Oaxaca,slow- roasted in a rock pit over mesquite, pulverized,fermented, and distilled to perfection! The nose conducts clean, mesquite smoke and a delicate fruitiness in the background implying a variety of peppers or Maui Onions smoked over a Mesquite fire,while showcasing vegetables in salty brine. The flavors follow suit and include other lingering subtleties: from stewed, smoked fruits to abundant minerals. The finish builds a sum‚ of the many flavors and aromas displaying them while achieving a miraculous harmony that lingers.
