With over 30 years of experience as Cabernet Sauvignon specialists, working with established,
dedicated winegrowers, Seven Hills has sourced this bottling from a selection of the sweet spots of Cabernet Sauvignon terroir in deep silt-loam soils, thin wind-deposited silt on basalt, and cobblestone gravel at multiple-elevations around the AVA. Open-top fermented, aged in 30% new American and French barrels (225L barrels) for 15 months.
JAMES SUCKLING 93 POINTS - "Rich and creamy, drenched in marinated cherries, blackberries and milk chocolate. Mouth-filling, deep and full-bodied but nicely polished in texture."
WINE SPECTATOR 92 POINTS - "Sleek and leanly structured, with tightly wound black cherry flavors highlighted by espresso, tobacco and mineral hints. Builds tension toward firm tannins. Best from 2026 through 2032."
