Savory and lush on the palate, with delicate salinity and precise mineral acidity that uplifts the sweetness (40 grams per liter or a bit more) of this Juffer Kabinett, this is a consistent, very elegant and promising Kabinett that will be fascinating in about five or six years but can be aged for at least four decades. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022."
