WINERY NOTES - Didier Rossignol succeeded his father to become the head of the approximately 5-ha estate in 1989. Julien, his eldest son, joined him recently: he wants the family activity to continue.
The vines are cultivated in accordance with each appellation's specific requirements and in an integrated way.
The wines are produced with due respect for tradition, combining modernity and know-how. They are aged in oak barrels for several months (between 12 and 18, depending on the appellation) before being bottled on the estate.
