The same botanical and grain recipe as the regular Spruce Gin except aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels for 4-6 months. Pink Spruce Gin is similar in flavor to the Spruce Gin but with an added layer of complexity. It is fuller in body with vanilla, red fruit, oak and tannins. Truly one of the most unique gin expressions on the market today.
