The Saumur Champigny 'Terres Chaudes' is an elegant and subtle Cabernet Franc obtaioned from biodynamic and organic agriculture and aged in ovals wood casks. Complex to smell needs to breathe a few minutes to reveal spices and dark red fruits on eucalyptus calls. On the palate it goes to the attack with sensations of bergamot and spicy returns, while the sip is fresh and persistent. Wine made with old style artisanal methods.
