On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, deep and succulent with tangy acids, melting tannins and a long, perfumed finish."
BURGHOUND 90-92 POINTS: "There is a lovely perfumed quality to the very fresh red currant and newly turned earth scents where a trace of the leather creeps in. I very much like the texture of the medium-bodied and lightly stony flavors that possess very good mid-palate density as well as solid power on the firm and serious but not really rustic finale. At least some patience will be required."
