Rémi Leroy's vineyard is ploughed and in natural grassing to get the best taste of Cote des Bar Terroir. The parcels are separately vinified on the lees. The wine is bottled at the end of the spring without any fining and filtering. “More than Champagne, Champagne wine.”This wine is amazing. It really opens up after the suggested wait time on the back of the label, and gives off a wonderfuk still wine quality and expression that puts it leagues above most other champagnes at the same pricepoint. Truly exceptional!
