100% Sauvignon Blanc. A great fine wine, rich and powerful with a persistent length full of fruits and herbal aromas like blackcurrant leaf, white flowers, and citrus. Ideal as an aperitif, but it pairs excellently with starters, seafood, and fish, goat cheese, salads.
