Our wines are certified Terra Vitis (for respect of nature, Man and wines) and Hight Environmental Value (for respect of biodiversity and reduction of inputs).
Our Pouilly-Fumé Domaine des Fines Caillottes is delicious by itself as an aperitif for example. It goes wonderfully well with seafood, sushi, fish, poultry, white meat and certain cheeses, particularly goats.
Tasting notes : Expressive nose with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits (grapefruit, peach, mango...). With these aromas, we discover a rich, fullbodied, well balanced, slightly saline mouth, with a good freshness, balance, and a long finish.
