100% Chardonnay from 40-year-old vines in St. Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet. This wine has hints of green apple, yellow pear, peach, white flowers and clove. The body is rich and complex with defined acidity and a lingering finish. Fermented and aged for 3 months in stainless steel and 14 months in French oak barrels (10% new).
