Sauvignon Blanc has a long history in Dry Creek Valley and a long history at Preston. This year's bottling is worthy of its tradition and true to type. The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc is particularly aromatic and expressive. The nose screams of classic Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Initial notes of white peach give way to yellow grapefruit and musky melon with just a hint of fresh cut grass. This wine has a medium body with a rich mid-palate that always stays fresh thanks to vibrant, zesty acidity. Grapes are certified organic (CCOF) and their farming practices are Biodynamic.
