A tribute to the Rapa Nui culture of Easter Island from Cooperativa Capel — Chile's leading pisco producer, based in the Elqui Valley. This special edition Reservado pisco comes in a distinctive collector's bottle shaped like a Moai statue, rendered down to the hips with arms and the black pukao (topknot) as the cap, in smoked green glass — a design created by an artisan from Easter Island. Carefully processed with selected muscatel grapes, reflecting the spirit of an entire people in a bottle with a unique design, containing the perfect balance between flavor and tradition.
Production: A blend of 30% Muscat grapes with Pedro Jiménez and Torontel (70%), from carefully selected Elqui Valley fruit, slowly distilled with crystal-clear Andes mountain water and aged 4-6 months in wooden casks for its "Reservado" designation.
Nose: Intense and fruity — floral Muscat notes with citrus freshness, orange blossom, and lime.
Palate: Soft, round, and aromatic — grape sweetness in perfect balance with the alcohol, subtle herbal notes, and a slight spiciness.
Finish: Clean, fresh, and elegant with lingering floral notes.
Serve: Ideal for the classic Pisco Sour or Chilcano; also excellent neat as a digestif.
