A traditional Polish quince liqueur (pigwa in Polish) — quinces macerated in spirit in the classic Eastern European homestead manner. Sweet and slightly tart, with a gorgeous amber color and the unrepeatable aroma of ripe quince: notes of honey, apple, and subtle spice.
