WINERY NOTES - This climate is just between the premier cru Gouttes d'Or and the Clos de Mazeray, quite close to the centre of the village, the slope being quite gentle at this point. Its name certainly means that the soil in this place is particularly calcareous and shallow. First vintage: 2006, after purchase of the plot. If the first scents of the wine easily evoke the geographical proximity of the Gouttes d'Or, the notes of yellow fruits with an exotic sound, the hold in the mouth is increasingly fine and mineral, combining length and purity in a harmonious balance.
