Pierre Morey is a towering figure in Meursault. Along with his own prime vineyards he was also the winemaker at Domaine Leflaive in the 1980's and early '90's. He was one of the first growers in the region to fully embrace biodynamic farming, converting both Leflaive and his own domaine and reaching full certification by 1997.
ANTONIO GALLONI 90 - 92 POINTS - ""The 2022 Meursault Les Terres Blanches, a lieu-dit just below La Goutte d'Or, though less steep, has a pithy bouquet with Conference pear and melted wax scents, opening with aeration. The palate is well-balanced with lime cordial and orange pith, fine weight in the mouth, and an open, lilting finish that should ensure it ages well in bottle. That said, I imagine it being difficult to resist in its youth."
