NATURAL WINE, ORGANIC, NO SULPHITES
Pure PLEASURE! A "Natural" wine. Auxerrois, sylvaner, muscat and gewurztraminer grape varieties... no less! An orange wine in the purest tradition, light, organic and sulphite-free as it should be. More refined than structured, easy to taste, without too much tannin :-) No filtration.
Notes of citrus, sweet spices, apple/pear, even tarte tatin. Very nice precision. Perfectly in line with the aromas of the nose, good balance between the volume of the juice and the freshness of the well-integrated tannins. A nice acidity brings freshness.
Pairings: as an aperitif on a sunny terrace, with a platter of cooked cheeses, and its juicy side will refresh the end of the meal with a lemon tart for example.
