Rita Hills. The wine was matured for eight months, mostly in concrete and amphora. It is delicate and expressive, with scents of peach, apricot, beeswax and alluring herbal undertones. The medium-bodied palate has a savory core of fruit, a plush texture, mouthwatering acidity and a long, spicy finish. 141 cases."
