Produced at the Noy distillery in Yerevan, Armenia, using grapes sourced from the Ararat Valley — a sun-drenched region at the foot of Mount Ararat with volcanic soils and continental climate. Made from five distinct Armenian grape varietals: Voskehat, Mskhali, Garandmak, Kakheti, and Megrabuyr. Double Charentais distillation (the same copper pot still process used in Cognac), followed by 7 years of aging in oak barrels. Delicate, refreshing notes of ripe plum and peach, transitioning into layers of dried fruits with subtle undercurrents of dark chocolate. Soft and approachable entry with stone fruit sweetness giving way to dried fig and raisin at mid-palate. Vanilla emerges alongside toasted oak with slight peppery warmth. Surprisingly long finish with persistent warmth and lingering notes of chocolate and dried fruit.
