Made from a combination of traditional and artisan Espadín agave and Tobalá agave known as 'the King of agaves' in Oaxaca. Showcasing vibrant and delicate flavors of apricot, citrus, balanced with nuances of sweet characteristics and an earthy campfire finish. Tahona crushed, cooked underground in a river rock lined concave pit, naturally fermented in pine wood tubs and double distilled using alembic copper stills by Mezcalero Octavio Jarquin. Nosotros also uses 100% recycled glass bottles.
