Made from Agave Mexicano which is a rare varietal from the hills of the Sierra Sur in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Bright and herbal, with notes of fresh peppers, peach, and a hint of mint and a subtle smoke finish. Tahona crushed, cooked underground in a river rock lined concave pit, naturally fermented in pine wood tubs and double distilled using alembic copper stills by Mezcalero Octavio Jarquin. Nosotros also uses 100% recycled glass bottles.
