Winemakers Petar Marinovic and Marko Kovac farm organically and believe in low interventian winemaking. Grapes (grown on the island of Korcula) for the Tardif Posip were picked 5-7 days after the grapes for their other Posip. The grapes were macerated for 3 days which gives this white wine an orange color. This is an easy to drink, refreshing Posip with a slight sweetness on the palate.
